Our current ongoing projects include two ground up 14 Unit Apartment Buildings in Mar Vista, a 42 Unit Westchester Apartment Development currently in planning, two NNN Industrial Facilities in Hawthorne being redeveloped for Creative Tech Aerospace, a Gardena Industrial Facility being leased to a top Aerospace Manufacturing Group, a  large portfolio of value add apartment assets in prime Westside Locations in addition to a variety of other local and national projects that we have under partnership management.

 

Please see below two of our newest ground up new construction apartment developments in Mar Vista as well as one of our industrial redevelopments in Hawthorne of an existing warehouse facility to a creative tech aerospace facility. We also have one additional 42-Unit New Construction Apartment Building currently in the planning phase which will be built in the Westchester area.

We continually source new ventures in NNN, Multi-Family and Ground Up Construction. We choose our projects carefully in order to prioritize risk mitigation and the success of each one over quantity.

We also have an expansive portfolio of older value add multi-family under our management for 10+ years which we continuously upgrade and improve.
