Alex Caloyeras and Casey Lins – Axios Investment Partners (AIP) – bring decades of successful asset development and investment management within the Los Angeles real estate market. This includes multifamily value add, multi-family new construction, single tenant NNN industrial facilities, and brokerage.

The blending of their experience, skills, and specific knowledge in the West Los Angeles and South Bay markets allows AIP to source and develop unique investment opportunities.

We also maintain a vast network of brokerage partners, construction and maintenance vendors, research and due diligence solutions, and a network of other legal and professional services to be able to navigate any potential projects that arise.  We remain focused in the Westside and South Bay markets that we intrinsically know, are specialists in, and can provide solutions for any project.

Since 2010, Alex has served as the managing principal for a private family office servicing different asset classes, with full time office and maintenance field staff in house that has overseen 400+ units for over a decade and 40+ years in business. He has built out an expansive network of professional vendors for various asset classes, including ground up development and multi-million commercial tenant improvement projects.

CASEY LINS

Casey brings over 10 years of experience as a broker, and 5 years of experience as a principal, with a specialization in commercial investments throughout the Greater Los Angeles region. Casey works with private family offices and institutional funds on placing capital into dynamic value- add projects ranging from ground up developments, industrial, and multifamily properties.
